REFUND POLICY
At Alhansat Payment Solutions, a brand of Alhansat Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.
Refund of Services
- Trial Period: We offer a 7 days trial period for our payment solution services. If you cancel your service within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation: Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of service activation. Eligibility for a partial refund will be evaluated based on service usage and time elapsed.
- No Refund: No refunds will be provided for services canceled beyond 7 days from the date of activation.
Physical Goods
- Return Window: For any physical products, such as POS hardware, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch with us through our contact page.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kalina Kagalwala House, C Block, East Wing, Metro E State, 175 CST Road, Mumbai- 400098.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
